IFS and Jungian Life Coaching
Studies have shown that when people are literally looking up at a mountain that they have to climb, the mountain looks much smaller if they have a companion. When we’re faced with a major life transition, it can often feel like we’re stuck–both moving forward and staying where we’re at feel too scary or painful. There’s a First Nations saying that goes, “As you go the way of life, you will come to a great chasm. Jump. It’s not as wide as you think.” My coaching is about accompanying you in whatever way you may need in order to move forward.
I have approached so many thresholds in my life, shaking in my boots, freaking out, terrified of making a mistake, and loved myself so much more for having the courage to follow my heart, regardless of the outcome. I wished so much that I had a wise and compassionate companion who truly understands me and what it’s like to help me make sense of myself and make those leaps.
