Adult & Elder Therapy
My life journey has allowed me to be deeply present and compassionate to extreme states of emotional suffering. In my experience, the root of this suffering often lies in unresolved losses and wounds that haven’t been fully acknowledged or grieved (personal or cultural). People I work with often come to me after resisting therapy for much of their lives because they feel ready to live more fully and less from painful limiting beliefs. My clients often choose to work with me initially because they feel comfortable and able to connect with me right away, and continue to work with me because they see changes in themselves that move them closer to who they want to be.
I sincerely invite you to come and listen to yourself while sitting with me and discover together what kind of healing medicine you need and hold for yourself within.
Elders
I love working with people in retirement. I find that people who have lived for multiple decades need to be witnessed in honoring their lives and grieving losses. Modern culture has lost rights of passage for transitioning into elderhood with dignity and purpose. Life presents us with the ongoing challenge of the need to die small deaths and be born again in order for us to live to our full potential until the end. What is life asking of you right now? What do you carry that the world needs?
